Lofts

Soho Loft: This 4,500 sq. ft. SoHo loft was renovated for art-loving clients, preserving the openness of the original loft interior in the design of the space. A new library pavilion forms the center of the living space, and can be opened to the living spaces or closed off with large rolling glass and steel doors that disappear when not in use. Bedrooms, exercise room, bathrooms and utility spaces are carefully integrated into the design to simultaneously create the feeling of openness and preserve privacy.
